JAKE RUSINKOVICH

Jake Rusinkovich, in his third season coaching basketball for the Tritons, is head coach of the Triton Sophomore team. In the past, Rusinkovich has coached at the junior varsity, sophomore, and freshmen levels.
Coach Rusinkovich graduated from San Clemente High School in 2005, where he was a three-sport athlete for the Tritons – football, basketball and volleyball. He also is the lone recipient of the “Mr. Everything” Award, given out following his senior season by the Triton basketball program. all-conference wide receiver and part of a NCCAA National Championship team, while earning a B.S. in Business Marketing.
Currently working toward his teaching credential and master's degree in special education, Rusinkovich is employed as an instructional assistant in special education and began his student teaching last basketball season. The coach says he is once again looking forward to the opportunity to coach and be a part of the basketball program under Marc Popovich. |
